Opened or Used Items: Due to hygiene and quality control, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items unless they are defective.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Because these are one-of-a-kind pieces, they cannot be returned unless they arrive incorrect or damaged.

Missing Receipt: To ensure a smooth return process, please provide a copy of your receipt for verification.

How to Return an Item

Confirmation & Instructions: We'll confirm return eligibility with our supplier and provide you with detailed return instructions. Please include a clear video unboxing showcasing the issue with your return request.

Securely Pack & Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, if possible. Once you receive further instructions (potentially including a pre-paid shipping label from our supplier), securely ship the item back.

Refunds

Timing: Once we receive confirmation from our supplier regarding the return and verify the issue through your video unboxing, we'll process a full refund within 20 business days.

Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
